Need to get back on track

First day on this site...and I'm excited to see such an active community! I'm a 74-year old retiree with chronic lower back and leg issues and a heart attack survivor (2011). About 12 years ago I weighed 275 but have come down to 212 as of today (3/1/2020), but I really want to get down to 200 lbs...for now. Maybe 190 by the summer, although the last time I weighed that little was 1963!! If I have one quick observation regarding the food entries I make for each meal, there doesn't seem to be a way to indicate half a portion of something. For instance, I had half of a pork egg foo yong patty today as part of my lunch...any suggestions?

In the box next to portions you can insert 1/2 and it will calculate it.
