I'm a user of fat secret. I want to know where you get your calories and macronutrients data and what's the authenticity of it?? I've seen option or self filling nutrient details.. That seems to be very random and prone to error.
For eg, you don't have data on Veg Frankie.. The app asked me to add this food and its macronutrients. This can lead to wrong data.

The calories and macro nutrients you show, what's the basis of these?? Crowd sourced or from authentic sources

I normally confirm / check the calorie info before I use it the 1st time. If not 100% I'll update or edit it and save it under my "saved meals".

I use the nutritional labels on the food as 1st source and if not I google it. Nutritional information is always at best an estimation. Calorie counters differ by a small margin. Whatever you use .. use it constantly.

Normally the rules are:

Meat - weigh it raw
Veggies - weigh it cooked or the way you are consuming it.

Good luck!

As far as I understand it some of the data comes from the USDA database. It is reliable. But a lot come from users who add foods. And yes you have to be aware of that. If you find an error you can edit an entry.

You probably don't want to make a public post about that.

Macro breakdown is on your diet calendar, I'd link you to yours but you're set to private. It shows the totals at the top and even has a pie chart at the bottom...
