percentages don;t add up in the app

Hi, I have found the same thing, the calculation does not seem to be correct. For example, so far today I consumed 68.83 g of fat, 11.94 g of carbs and 95.92 g of protein.

If I calculate on a weight basis, I should get the following percentages
Fat 38.9%, Carbs 6.75%, Prot. 54.12%
The app gives the following:
Fat 59%, Carbs 4%, Prot 37%

This is a huge discrepancy and I cannot imaging how a lower weight consumption could give me a higher percentage overall.

I have yet to find the explanation

The percentage is not based on weight, but on calories. Fat has more calories for the same weight.

I do not have diabetes or pre (almost, but not quite) --- but yes you can set it with sugar intake and carbs in mind in your settings and it will track that daily when you enter your food.
