Day 5 of water fasting

I am 16 by the way, anyways when I started the water fasting I was 127 pounds and now I am 123.5 I am so proud of myself only 9 pounds to go... please don't judge... I know my weight goal is too low.... but I think I might be genuinely happy at my goal weight... thank you for reading. Good luck to all of you, Love y'all!

No judgement. Been there, done that. Absolutely not healthy. Hard on the mind and emotions. I don't object if it is to shock your system or for meditation or cleanse the body, but not for dieting and not more than 3 or 4 times a year. Just as important to not be underweight as overweight. Doctor says 100 pounds for first 5 feet and then 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet.

You may not be happy with the end results in the mirror. The same person can look much better at a higher weight if that weight is lean mass. Water fasting will lead to much lean mass loss. You can actually end up looking worse. People focus way too much on the scale.

Resistance training+small deficit will give you better results.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.
