Arthritis, Exercise and T-Tapp

I have bad arthritis in one ankle. My ankle has no cartilage left and the joint is breaking down. My ankle is frozen at an angle which requires me to wear footwear with at least a 1 1/2 inch heel. So sneakers are out.

I need to exercise. T-Tapp was recommended to me. Does anyone here suffer with arthritis of the ankle? Does anyone on here exercise to the T-Tapp program? I was told T-Tap has a version where you can sit, but I have not found it yet. I cannot stand with both feet straight out in front of me. My left ankle, the bad one, is always at an angle.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I did the T-Tapp, I have bad hips and knees, I got worse, I read the book and how it realigns your body, but I was in severe pain , just doing it a couple of times, My sister, who is one year younger then I am bought the whole thing, she said that it made her hips hurts so bad, she could hardly walk, and she doesn't have joint problems, she normally walks 4 miles a day, but she wanted to try it.Thats my experience with it, but maybe it will be different for you.
