Just started on this app, no idea what I'm doing!! Confused

Can't work out if I'm getting too many or too few calories, because what I add up on the food diary doesn't seem to correspond with the exercise I do (which is minimal, due to mobility issues and ill health).

Do not worry so much about what the exercise side is saying,maybe. Figure out what you can eat and still lose. Tell Fat Secret you are sedentary. And then go by that number. If you are losing then you are on the right track. Good luck!
