Getting rid of sugar craving

I've started a smooth weight loss plan based on low calories intake on 1st of January, also with the intention to restrict my sugar (especially chocolate) addiction.

Quite amazed to notice that if I manage to restrain myself for few minutes to half an hour, getting busy with any menthal/ phisical activity, and eventually drink some water or a cup of herbal tea (obviously with no added sugar) the craving simply vanishes away.

I kept doing this since first day of January, and can say that feel great, energised, and absolutely no sugar craving.

Hope to be able to avoid any trigger and keep going! Smile

Chocolate has more fat than carbs, so you're craving fat+carbs. Eat the right sugars(fruit) and you won't have an issue with overconsuming energy.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

Chocolate is my biggest hurdle so I worked a no sugar added fudgsicle bar into my meal plan. It's the last thing I have at night so I have something to look forward to while I'm cutting out everything during the day... Don't know if it'll help (too soon to know) but if I try to do it without the treat I'll end up eating a pound of candy in a few days...
