Dear everyone,

I am a nursing student and I'm having a project about the application Fatsecret.
The answers are completely anonymous and I will not post any names, just the reactions.

The questions are:
Does the applicaties look nice an inviting to use?
Is the application easy to continue with, is it motivating you?
Is the application stimulating you to use?
Does it take much of your time?

And the biggest question: Is fat secret helping you to lose weight?

I really hope for any reactions and feel free to say more!!
Every little bits will helpSmile

You can also answer in Dutch if thats easier!

kind regrets,

1. the design could be better but it doesn't really matter.
2. it is easy to use and the food log motivates me to stick to my already prepared meal plan for the day.
3. fat secret helps me to stay on my diet if that was your question.
4. it does take some time to log everything in but is manageable.
5. yes, it does.

1. design has improved, I agree though that I don't really care what it looks like as long as functions easily, which it does
2. When I take the time to read posts it is very motivating and yes easy to use
3. I don't know if it's stimulating. It is useful and the email reminders keep me focused
4 it takes way less time than logging by hand
5. YES! I lost 50 pounds two years ago, because fatsecret made me pay attention to what went in my mouth. Though I needed the motivation before it became so helpful.
“Life is a bowl of cherries. Some cherries are rotten while others are good; its your job to throw out the rotten ones and forget about them while you enjoy eating the ones that are good! There are two kinds of people: those who choose to throw out the good cherries and wallow in all the rotten ones, and those who choose to throw out all the rotten ones and savor all the good ones.”
