@k8yk- Have you heard of Isotonix? All of their supplements come in liquid form for easy absorption. My friend sells for Market America and swears by their products. I have noticed a difference in her. I just placed an order because, frankly...it makes sense, at least my minor in chemistry makes me believe that it makes sense. Of course I agree with you about trying to get all your nutrients via food, but this might ease your mind about taking a supplement when you feel that you might need it.

Fat Secret no longer tracking Weight Watchers Points !!
I was on WW years ago and while it did help lose weight, I found it limiting and eventually gained the weight back plus. We have to learn how to eat and just stick with your RDI and percentages of carbs, protein, and fat. The past 3 weeks I have been staying near my RDI range (sometimes over, but usually just under) and I am trying to stay at 40% carbs, 30-35% protein and 25-30% fats (healthy fat, of course). You also have to watch the sodium (RDA is only 2400mg/day) I have found it a lot easier than when I was using points and making me conscientious of what I am actually putting into my body. I urge the WW peeps to give it a try. You may find that you like it better than counting points! Oh, and it is FREE!!!

How to nutritionally count marinades?
I made an AWESOME seared tuna steak last night and was adding the ingredients for the recipe. However, most of the marinade was discarded and not eaten. I'm wondering how people count marinades when entering food into their food diary... Thanks!

Favorite breakfast?
I only ate breakfast once a week before and my favorite was: My before would be corned beef hash, hashbrowns, fried eggs and pancakes...preferably from IHOP! Now I have carnation instant bkfst no sugar added during the week, but on the weekends I make my own egg mcmuffin with Thomas' Better Start English muffins, canadian bacon, and 2% cheese. Tis is the nutrition line on it: 253kcal | fat: 10.95g | carbs: 24.98g | prot: 17.84g I'm sure it is WAY healthier than my IHOP breakfast.

Recipe Approval
How long does it take for recipes to be approved? I have submitted about 10 recipes in the last 3 weeks. Three are pending and the others are awaiting approval.

Calorie Counter on DROID
I found the Calorie Counter app before I knew about this website. Instead of putting everything in manually, I just scan everything I'm eating....it makes it SO much easier! I use it every day.
Ditto. This website just makes it even better. It seems this may be the exact set up I need so that I can stick with it! It's so convenient!!!
