Hello! 👋🏽
Welcome aboard! There are lots of Keto folks here, and it's a very supportive site. Most are very well educated and informed, so if you have questions, ask away!

How do I complete my day
I think you have to check either the This is some of what I ate, or This is exactly what I ate circle for it to post.

Stubborn Fat
Belly fat is a sign of insulin resistance. Cut way back on carbs, and the insulin levels will drop.

Serving Sized
That's an annoying part of this site. You have to click on the ingredient and expand it to see the serving size. There are many flaws here, and IMHO, this is one of the most annoying.

Low Carb Diet, ugg how do i get there!!
It's not difficult. Keep it simple. 4 oz meat per meal, add butter, lard, and coconut oil. Dark green leafy greens, fatty dressings, nuts. No cheats. Ever.

Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein
Yep...a lot of us have. It's a killer combo! I prefer moderate protein, higher fat, though.

What is the mother ?
If you're talking about apple cider vinegar, it's the strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky, cobweb-like appearance. The enzymes are one of the things that makes it so beneficial.

Finally after a good year and a half of discipline and work....
@RiaDali, Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. But don't give up on exercise, because it tones the muscles and increases oxygen and blood flow. The extra weight didn't come on in just a few weeks, and it won't go away in just a few, either. Be patient, stay on your program, and it will happen.

Welcome, Jett! Make a plan based on what you learned at WW, log everything here, and get on it! It's a great community, and you'll find a lot of support on your journal entries.

Shaky / Jittery
What is your food plan? I ask, because if you're doing some form of low carb/keto, it tends to be naturally diuretic, so it's necessary to up your salt intake. Some people say you should drink half your body weight in water every day, but personally, I feel like that flushes out the electrolytes. Drink when you're thirsty, and up the salt.

Diets do not work.......
"Diet" has become a bad word because of fad diets. But in real terminology, the word simply refers to what you eat on a regular basis. A horse's main diet is grass or hay. So in that regard, all diets work. Some work to make you healthy, some to make you sick. Some work to make you lose weight, some to maintain, some to gain. But they ALL work. That said. mrspackrat is right. What you choose to eat needs looking at. You can't make a change in your body, if you don't change what you put into it. The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing, but expect a different result. Another important factor that has come to light is that *when* you eat is almost as important as what you eat. We evolved in a way that there were times of feast and times of famine. The constant availability of calories is a very recent thing in the evolution of our species, and we no longer have the fast element. Biology has not caught up with technology. Look up Intermittent fasting.

Help - Want to gain weight
Start recording what you eat daily. If we can see what you're eating, we can make some suggestions on how to improve your weight gain. It might be that you are insulin sensitive, and burn every calorie you take in. Also, record what exercise you do. If you add muscle, your weight will increase. Lifting weights, isometric exercise, things that will add bulk.

Loosing it
That's probably because smoking is optional, eating is not! LOL

Loosing it
Make up your mind that those things are POISON..because they are! Intermittent fasting is a way to let your body adjust your insulin levels downwards, and to allow your body to burn the stored fat. Most people start with having an 6 hour window for breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner, then not eating for 18 hours.
