Thanks guys

Body Parasites. EWWW
Well, I have a history of eating CRAP foods and not exercising. I figured "hey I'm young so I can eat whatever I want" When I FINALLY went to see my doctor, I got the "adult" suprises. I was hoping to do a "cleansing" to get whatever I put in my body from earlier years out.

So I was reading up on body parasites. Apparently a lot of health issues are due to these disgusting creatures that live in about 50% of the population. Most people don't even realize they have them Has anyone done a body parasite cleanse? I REALLY want to do one. It makes me sick to think that something like that might be living in me what do you recommend? How long does this have to be done?

I wish I could do insanity but, I don't think my downstairs neighbors would appreciate all the jumping :(
I see nothing wrong with meeting online. I actually think it's kind of cool because then you will have some kind of mental connection BEFORE you see each other. Ever notice that people become more attractive when you really like their personality? AND unlike meeting in a bar, you already know he can READ and WRITE! Bonus :)
LOL!!!! MAJOR bonus :)
I also have a great guy, that I met online 7 years ago. We’ve been married 5 years now and have a 3 year old son! When we met I was about 195 lbs (and 5’3”) so he also loved me for me. He also says he prefers me w/o makeup in jeans & a t-shirt, I tell him he’s sweet but a liar! :)
Oh cool! I'm always scared of the online thing but, maybe it's worth a shot
I found "him" too! My BF loves me without makeup, prefers me without actually, which I think is just stupid. LOL Whatever. There are plenty of good guys out there, I don't think they are all bad.
Where are ya'll finding these "good" guys? My girlfriends and I are convinced they don't exist..lol

I would never have more than two pets..lol. I have two cats and I love love but, damn...imagine how disgusting the house would smell with more than two one of these days I would like to get a puppy when one of my kitties pass on. I love animals. Puppies are good exercise buddies too :)
I'd rather be single than be with a guy who only wanted me for my looks. Yes that's 99.9% of guys. You ever notice that they seem to like stupid bitchy girls? That's what I've noticed. I have a few really nice male friends who are dating really bitchy (but pretty) girls. And I always think, ok that's great for you if all you care about is having sex with someone hot, but once you marry her, she'll eventually not be hot anymore and then what? Better to find someone with a great personality. That is if you aren't so shallow you'd drown in an inch of water :) For me, I had to look outside the box and date outside my "type" before I found the right person. So my BF now is my height, very athletic, and kind of nerdy too. I used to date mostly really tall bouncer type guys. They were mostly jerks :)
Oh man...yes, I do notice that!! (guys that date bitchy girls) I think it's because THEY have low self-esteem. Kind of sad.

I hope I meet a guy like that. They are rare. In fact, I have never even seen or known ONE. It's like a species that is almost gone...lol. I'm tired of "getting dolled up" to get someone's attention. One of these days, it would be nice to wake up to someone that likes me in sweatpants and no make-up...haha. You give me hope that they are still out there. Thanks! :)
I caught the eye of my special man when I weighed 250 pounds :) He loves me whether I am fat or thin- I'm more than that to him. And it helped me care about myself enough to lose weight, just for myself.
Wow! Those kind of men exist? who'da thunk? :)

Men SUCK. I seriously think there is something wrong with the men in my generation (I'm in my late twenties) Me and my friends (about ten of us) are all beautiful, funny, smart, talented, and down to earth/not pushy but, these “men” are really too stupid to see it. I don't get it. Seriously ready to become a lesbian. I could always head to a clinic if my biological clock runs out of time...lol. You can pick good genes that way too anyways, I know how you feel. I've lost hope for all men these days and current moms: PLEASE do not spoil your boys. I think that is why they are all messed up these days.

Does anyone follow their heart rate?
So I have this GREAT heartrate monitor (one of those ones with a watch and a strap attachment for your chest) I heard it is very important to follow your heart rate but, when I go to the gym, I see MOST people not following it at all. For example: I’ll see people on treadmills huffing and puffing, going as fast as they can and all I can think is” wow..they must be waaaaay over their heart rate” Or with the beach body insanity workout, that can put someone over their heart rate really easily but, most people don’t seem to care Here I am in the corner trying to stay within 135-165. I’m sweating but, not going at a ridiculous speed like everyone else. Does it REALLY help to follow your heart rate? Or am I wasting my time?
