I'm a 5 again and I must say feeling really smug. This challenge has really motivated me to get off my ass. Tomorrow I must be more aware of my water intake and I'm really going to consider that in my score

Yay!!! I hit a 5 yesterday :) Was so good it was unreal. Although I was shattered and fell asleep at 7pm and slept till 9am this morning making me think I need to pay more attention to my sleeping pattern

My tally so far Monday: 3 did loads of housework and then some gymwork Tuesday: 1... Oh dear, decided to go shopping ionstead. Thats cardio surely?

Hey Ruth, I'm new here too and wanting to lose weight for very similar reasons, it would be lovely to be able to run and things without getting so out of breath. Just wanted to say good luck :)

Well, its me I guess
[b]Hello All[/b] This is my first day actually using this, although I've been signed up for a little while. I've been a member of various sites like this hoping to meet people in a similar possition but never really had any luck, so heres hoping for this one. About me... Well... I'm female, 27 and overweight. Not massively so, well, fairly but I would nogt class myself as fat, I hold it well I think. But we are still talking size 18/20 on the bottom half. I really want to lose it but I'm really bad at monitoring my food and making good food choices. So, I've decided I'm going to try just upping my exercise and tracking what I eat without any big changes there and see what happens. The theory being that if I see some improvement I'll want to eat healthier. Anyway, at some point I'll write more in my journal. Hope to chat to you all later

Liquids Diet
Day 6 on liquid diet, going for 14 days if I succeed. Few Centimeters falling away. I am so glad I made this decision...Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I haven't weighed in a long time.
