How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I used to do it everyday & it didn't work for me! I'm now trying to only weigh myself once or twice a week! :)

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i do a weekly weigh in.... I try to only step on the scale once a week... but sometimes I get a little excited and step on it a couple extra times. :)

I need some help with this and I don't really have anywhere else to turn!
Honestly, I think I would have slapped my boyfriend/husband if he said that to me. But that's just me. Just tell him how his words hurt you - be honest and don't hold back. You are doing this for yourself, most of all. If you need him to support you through this process, let him know his role & what he can do to just support you. Clearly state how you expect him to be when it comes to this, seeing as you're trying your hardest to better yourself and your health. Losing weight takes a lot of work. Just keep going. Don't let him get you down. You're doing great! You can do it! We're here to support you even if he doesn't.

List your benefits of weight lost
I definitely look forward to a flat belly. I hate my belly - I've never been asked, thank goodness, but I feel like it's a pregnant girl belly, and I'm not pregnant (that will come in its own time, and then I will be beyond grateful for it). I also look forward to not hiding my body behind others in pictures, having better sex with my hubs (like many comments before mine!), being happy and healthy. I sooooo look forward to buying smaller, cute clothing without feeling like a fatass!

I'm open for buddies too! I'm slightly new here too, and have just jumped back on my weight loss journey. I love to encourage people struggling with the same things I struggle with, and I know I can use the same motivation sometimes too! :)
