ok i'm with weight watchers low fat no fat diet it's great,but i have found myself in the hospital twice now do to my gullbladder doing what doc say to eat but it's really nothing different from what i have been eating feeling lost.

You are doing great 2 lbs is perfect , we didn't put it on over night so it won't come off over night,it's better for us to take it off slowly and be healthy,Keep up the good job,you can do this.

Needing a Buddy
I've been doing this way of life for about 14 weeks now,I just moved up here a couple of months ago so really don't know any body,so would love to have a buddy working for the sme goal I am.

I wanted to thank you all for your help I've been doing this way of living for about 14 weeks now guess my body just needs to get use to me eating more veggie and fruit. so Thank you .

I'm following the weight watchers diet, it's not a diet it's a way of living,I've track all my food have'nt went over my points,doing pretty good, but there some side effects and it's embarrsing what can I do about this and why is this happening?

Daily weights
I do regularly. As much as daily but I don't really worry if I skip. I just watch for the trend up or down depending on my goal at the time.

I also focus on the food not the exercise. Exercise probably does help but how much can be hard to assess. With time you will probably get a very good idea of how to balance it all out

I am happy this exists. There is none where I am yet. But so much overeating is tied to obsessive behaviour, addiction and mental issues so help can be crucial
