I need some ideas please.
I am doing really good at losing weight but what I can't seem to get rid of is the flab! I just got a home gym added in my house so I hope that works but I am wondering if anyone has any ideas of their own that worked. My main area is my belly. I know I probably won't ever have a wash board stomach, and I'm ok with that, but I do want it to flatten out and tone up more than what it is. The second area that needs work is what I call my bat wings. You know the area under your arms that waves when you wave :lol: I still have a good bit more weight to go so to the ones who have lost weight, will this go down as I lose more weight or is there something that I can do to work on this? I look forward to any suggestions that might work.

Food allergies, especially onion
How about a shallot? Would that be too much for him? If not that might be a suggestion because to me they are not as strong but with his allergies it might. Hope you find something that you can use:)

Thanks for the replies! With the changes that I have made personally and the help with the calorie counter I feel like I am on the right path. I have to say that I love some of the recipes on here but the only thing is on some of them, it's hard to tell what the serving size.

I just began this a few days ago and I wanted to ask anyone who has been here a while if the calorie counter is really that accurate. I hope it is because I have started something new and positive for myself and this helps make things a little easier to keep up with. Thanks!!! :?:
