How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I use to every time I seen the scale, even would bring it with me when I stayed at bfs house... He didn't have one lol... Now just when I feel skinny or curious.. Or after a big poo.. Think we all do that here (=

Oh no I binged!
Just remember to balance everything out and eat healthy! You can eat loads of healthy food, compared to unhealthy.

Oh no I binged!
Two days is only that.. More days to come can be positive and healthy. You're in control! Just get on the scale, see the damage, or even be surprised... and be strong!

My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
Thank ya. I hated the first photo; It's been in deep hiding, until now. Looks like you're doing well on your weight loss, too.. Keep up the good work!

My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
Thanks for all the compliments!! I don't why my ticker is still saying I'm 153, but I'm 166, at a size 13/ xl in shirts. I'm trying to still reach my goal of 150. Honestly looking at the before picture gives me chills; I was not happy in that point of my life.. So, if he doesn't like it, then he has to deal with it lol. My blood pressure use to be above prehypertension, now its way below 120. I'm healthy and happier. &&selenap20, I use imugur .com> upload the image> then use the BBCode (message boards & forums) to post here.

My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
For anyone curious, this is my before and photo.. I just took the after photo the other day. I love the varied response on this post, and I'm glad I'm not the only one. I told him yesterday if his grizzly beard disappeared maybe I would consider gaining some.. Today he was almost clean shaven. Guess I lied.

My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
I agree completely. I'm very curvaceous myself.. As a "stick" I look terrible. He was viewing before pictures, saying how much more attractive I looked to him at 210. One of the pictures is on my profile... Then I'm thinking.. "Are you crazy?" But, he agrees that I need to be happy, and being healthier is a plus.

My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
So my boyfriend says, "He likes bigger women." "I shouldn't lose weight because skin and bones isn't a real woman." I thought it was insecurities, but I now believe he actually does.. Although, I do what I want. Does anyone else have this problem with their significant other?

"Lost weight lifting"
I'm definitely more energetic!! I can out run my 3 year old now.. It's great to be able to actually engage in play outdoors with him, rather than to just be out of breath. .... We actually tried to find something smaller, but that was the closest to the weight lost we could find.

New Scale- What ones do you like?
Walmart.com has a Nautilus body fat measuring scale clearanced from $99 to $35... I love it! Gives the same weight everytime. ((Boflex's website still sales it for $100))

A site to promote eating disorders? No, no, no... been there done that... your body is smart, you will lose weight but not permanently. Portion control, healthier eating and exercise is key.

New Here- 19 and ready to lose weight
Yes goals keep me motivated, so set a realistic amount then go for it. Just set out your plan - Which diet are you going to use and exercise is key. I find calorie counting to be effective, along with exercise. I love the support of everyone here, and the diet calender.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Everyday if I can...obsessive... but I only record the lows most of the time.

Very ashamed!
I use to do this. Its a way in the past I found to lose unwanted weight, and it is very shameful & embarrassing. The worst effects I have heard of, is that it will make your face puffy somehow...something to do with the saliva being produced. The only way you can stop is to slowly wean your self off of it. When your use to having binges everyday, lower yourself to a few times a week...until you gain control. Believe me it won't be cured over night, but when you do conquer this it will leave you with a better sense of being in control & happiness.

Weight gain?
I go up and down...up and down...but at the end of the cycle I come out being smaller. I wondered if my body was in starvation mode, but given time the weight started coming off. Also helps to only have whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. I agree with Jason to ^ weighing yourself weekly shows the difference better. Or get a scale that measures body fat percentage.

Maybe switch it up a bit. There are different things to do. Have a off keto day, Eat high calories, and then later do some fasting.

More Fast Food My Way
Me too. The competition shows are fun, but I miss the days when Food Network was mostly instructional. But I no longer have cable and there's plenty on YouTube so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
