I would say go for more coverage until you feel confident enough to rock that teeny bikini. Just HAVE FUN!! There will ALWAYS be people out there that are going to judge you, and those people are just so insecure themselves that they feel the need to make other people as miserable as they are. So start focusing on the things you love about yourself to try and boost your self esteem. My therapist made me a "STOP Card" and I personally really like it. You take an index card and have a few family members and/or close friends write down positive things about you on it. So next time you start with the obsessive negative thoughts, you "stop" and read all the good things. It's supposed to help you stop believing all the lies and take a look at the truth.
