Lesson ,learned.traumatic .freeing.positive
Sadly I began freaking out last week. Extremely concerned because I was not losing weight. I was not exercising at all, but that another day. Lessons. Later. As I said, freaking out about weight-loss stalling, sonfriday I just opened a box of Greek ball's I had hidden. And I stuffed them in my mouth. Then for dinner I had hummus with crackers. And at midnight a plate of homemade nachos with stuff I had hidden also. What a strange behavior? I want ti lose weight and I hide fattening foods not allow in my diet? The next day I felt I have lost 10 pounds. I looked much thinner. Still I was upset. Suddenly I remember the facts. Sometimes you lose fat and pounds all in a few hours. It's really freaky but it's a fact. Weight loss does not happen steadily every hour, every day. It's all of the sudden. So first lesson, learned. It doesn't matter how bloated fat I feel, as long as I follow my diet I will be okay. I will be perfect, I will lose, it will just happen all if the sudden. I continue dieting and simply wail for the same process to happen again, and again. And then dine. Slim and at diet goal. Love it. Adore it. I am in bliss.

It's been a tough weekend. Freedom was the name of the game. Ones feeling, constrained, trapped, rigid. That's it Rigid. Stiff. Not good people, not good. Seriously upset, angry, and of course happy face in front of my partner obvious it's not his fault at all. He is naturally thin I am naturally let's say, without inhibitions around certain very fattening foods. Stillbirth wasnhurting inside. Tomorrow I will talk about the release, the aftermath and the lessons learned. It is deep for me, it has been life changing I must say. Dieting and weight-loss right now at this time and age is more about peace of mind, heart and soul..... 8)

Yup, very slowly. And I feel a lot of hunger sometimes. I guess is menopause and the lack of exercise. Don't quit. Do not quit. Tonight take your time to organize yourself. Workout clothes, at hand. Leslie's DVD, ready. And do it. Is a very good way if speeding things up and it's good for me. Alright. :evil:

The 29th I have a weigh in at my doctors office. She is strict and also I am with myself. Losing at least 7 more pounds is obligatory, in two weeks. But I don't exercise, and sometimes I nibble here and there, diet stuff, even though she never said I could eat cheese or Melba toasts. So.... I am doing okay, but not good, not excellent. And I am paying money, and time, time passes by. I better cinch up, and for the next 10 days, close my mouth up as much as I can, so I reach those goals. I am so bad with the tea, and the broth I don't drink coffee, and these are filling and very diet friendly. I better tough up.

Compulsive eating,compulsive gorging
Life has certainly changed. It was the same for my grandparents. Also the TV is bad for compulsive eating. It's just really bad and si damaging for the waistline. Now, I am changing and rather have a bowl of fresh strawberries when those difficult moments strike, what to do? Reading helps a lot, knowing about nutrition. Take care and thank you🍴🍴🍴:shock:

Crazy diets
Crazy diets, crazy results, crazy attitude crazy everything. That is my experience, and is an oath to myself. We want fat blasters, sadly you gain 10 pounds in one week easy. To lose 10 pounds..... Well almost impossible because of the desperate angry feelings inside. God bless all of u in fat secret in this diet weight loss and eventually maintenance journey.

Crazy diets
I lost 7 pounds in 12 days. And I am beginning. Okay, I did not exercise, in bed. Still my diet is very filling and nice. Maybe not a fat blaster, but I can lose weight with it. I hate crazy diets. I put my 20$ketogenics book in the trashcan after I got really sick of it, just 7 to 10 days into it.

Easy food,easy weight gain,easy life,easy money
:evil: that was what My life was all about. Easy. Easy food, easy life, easy habits, easy money. Easy clothes, easy hair. Well, first of all healthy food is expensive, vitamins, supplements. Hard money. Oreo of this foods, difficult. Condiments, marinate, chop, saute, grill, the cleanup, tough. I prepare 3 meals a day plus something extra for my thin boyfriend. Lot of work, mental also. The planning, shopping often for fresh produce. Transformation is rough and tough. Losing weight is biblical, 😈😇😈😇😈😇😈😇🙏🙏🙇🙇🙅🙅🙍🙏😓💂👮👼👸👳👽👹👿💀👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄👄

My boyfriend fell asleep right now so I am relaxing. Another good diet day. I was reading a blog on Pinterest and she said that to be able to lose 129 pounds she had to say no to many invitations to parties and restaurants to avoid falling off the wagon. And then she would re date the person in another atmosphere where diet foods were more accessible and tranquil. I appreciate this advice from a fellow Dieter that succeed in her endeavor. So I am going to do the same. Because I am very serious about this diet and about losing 65 pounds. It's so good fatsecret exists and the people inside it, thank you life!lets do This!

Having a very nice easy day of dieting
I love when the day goes by and you know it has been easy. It's just my third day but my choices have a flow that I love. It feels so good. Imagine to have 4 to 5 months of this easy feeling, dieting perfectly I must say, feeling full and satisfied. If I could be this lucky...... I am Hoping! I believe that thru meditation and analysis I can do this and feel this way all the time. I will talk about this some more in the near future, bye. :roll:

Feeling nervous around food
Understanding fully and clearly that it's okay to realize that food looking at it, can make me feel nervous, uneasy. It's okay. I feel free now that Ian able to accept and understand that a plate of nachos, a slice of cake or a plate full of mozzarella sticks is going to make me react, and out of fear and nerves binge on it, attack it before it attacked me. Yup, this is truth, I am so glad I can understand this so well.

I agree with you. Thank you so much, I feel good about my life companions at fatsecret. I am reading a book on meditation. I didn't understand it for years. But it's a miracle, it's all about concentration and thoughts, so I feel really happy that I am learning new skills, let's get thru this first week, looove d😃

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Sadly I hate weighting myself, but courage is part of this journey, since I am with a doctor, every two weeks I will face the scale with a nurse beside me!🐔🐔🐔🐤🐥🐣, I am so scared, but I own a scale but I admit. Sometimes weeks and months pass by and woods, it gets really Dusty!
