Crazy little tricks to keep your diet on track
Just want to add my 2 cents... Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has made a HUGE difference in my life. I use it, when I remember to, for everything that is not 100% perfect in my life :) Thom

Weight gain
Check the glycemic index of the foods you eat. My experience has been that high gi foods cause me to put on weight even though I am averaging 1200 cals a day. Also take into account it could be water retention :) best wishes Thom

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Twice a day, morning and evening. Then I take the average of the last 4 weigh-ins as the official record. eg. Day 1 PM: 77.5 Day 2 AM: 76.7 Day 2 PM: 77.5 Day 3 AM: 76.8 Average kg. 77.13 For day 3, I record kg. 77.1 as my weight in the diary. Using an average like this evens out the ups and downs and gives me a better understanding of how my weight is moving.
