:? eish mense. I am confused with this calorie counting. Does this mean if I drink alcohol then my calories intake is amongst My RDI its fine? Because I think my wait is influenced by my drinking:o

When to Weigh
So your lightest in the morning and weigh more at night due to water weight not alot but enough it will affect your weight so I would do it in the morning advisably before breakfast. Hope this helps :):

Water Retention
