Any Ideas or Suggestions
Good luck. It's hard to make suggestions since I'm not sure what you look like. If it were me, despite only being 5'3" and obese, I'd draw in bushy brown eyebrows, get a pastel colored Oxford dress shirt, and wear matching dark slacks & tie. That's if you want to come as "Jim Halpert" played by John Krasinski on The Office. I could totally rock the Phyllis Vance character, but doubt anyone in my office would have a clue, since these people don't apparently watch TV.

For the same reason that there are Dunkin Donuts, or Baskin Robbins shops located in the same shopping center and strategically located near all the gyms. They know their audience, and our weakness. Gotta love capitalism.

Can't seem to stick to a diet
Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you don't! Your home care lady sounds like a hoot! I give out Fortune Cookies for Halloween. Personally don't care for them, but remember as a kid that I couldn't wait to open them up and find my "fortune".

Fiber
Does anyone know how to get the pie chart that shows percentages to include Fiber? My GI and Primary Care Dr's don't care about Carbohydrates or Protein only my fiber consumption. I'm supposed to get 37 daily, but am having a hard time tracking that. Please let me know. Thanks.

I'd prefer to think he was commenting on an actual cow at the farm. I'm giving him the benefit of a doubt, as I too have been accused of being rude to someone when I was talking about something else entirely. Not to say it doesn't happen as there are a plethora of inconsiderate asses out there.

Recipe Converter App?
Does anyone know of an APP that lets you enter all of your dishes ingredients, and then totals out the calories for you based on the total servings you programmed the dish to serve? Please tell me that somewhere out there - this has already been done for those of us that do a lot of cooking. I tend to get frustrated in having to enter every ingredient then portioning it to get our total calories for 1 dish at one meal.

FYI - Not Fried Chicken Fast Food Options - Boston Market: 1/4 white Rotisserie Chicken (skinless) - 220 calories & 700 mg sodium. 1/4 Dark (skinless) - 310 calories & 670 mg sodium. McDonalds: Premium Grilled Chix Classic Sandwich 350 cals 820 mg sodium, KFC Oven Roasted Twister 510 calories 1400 mg sodium, Jack In the Box: Chicken Fajita Pita w/salsa 370 calories 1120 mg sodium, Carl's Jr.(aka Hardee's): Charbroiled BBQ Chicken 390 calories 990 mg sodium. HOME- Basic Grilled Chicken (1 cup) 306 calories 94 mg sodium That's why I choose Boston Market as my Fast Food Go To for comparable calories and lowest sodium content available.

Glad to hear it. I just joined yesterday. I know that when I track what I eat I tend to do better, but having to post it means that I'll have some sort of responsibility. No one is checking my personal little dairy, but here it's posted for the world to see. Have managed to lose 10+ lbs since July when my sister started the Beck Diet for Life. I've been her coach, which meant I did some things better, but "I WASN'T ON THE DIET". Now I'm feeling that I could do even better if I tweak a few more things here and there. Calorie counting has never been easy for me, so this is great.
