Advice on curbing my appetite
I do not get full or satisfied without crunch in my diet. That seems to help the appetite also. Salads, carrots, celery, nuts (carefully), etc.

Day 5 of water fasting
No judgement. Been there, done that. Absolutely not healthy. Hard on the mind and emotions. I don't object if it is to shock your system or for meditation or cleanse the body, but not for dieting and not more than 3 or 4 times a year. Just as important to not be underweight as overweight. Doctor says 100 pounds for first 5 feet and then 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet.

How do you record the number of steps under the exercise tab?
Hi, I have just signed up for "Fatsecret" and I want to include the number of steps I've taken per day on I assume the exercise tab. Can anyone help?
