Coconut Pecan Oatmeal Cookies

Quite simply the best cookies in the world - certainly not diet food.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
  2. Cream sugars and butter until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  5. Line cookie sheet with baking parchment.
  6. Drop by teaspoon-ful on parchment.
  7. Flatten.
  8. Bake at 325 °F for 10 - 12 minutes.

The recipe gets a 5 for being wonderful, but really only a 3 for the diet, because it's a cookie! Eat in moderation!
