Chicken Paprikash

Creamy chicken than can be used over salad or rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a skillet add the oil and sauté the chicken cut in cubes until brown.
  2. Add the salsa, lemon juice and the soy sauce, pepper and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve over salad or rice.

I'm going to try this with the Fat Free Half and Half over a salad. It sounds flavorful.
