Asian Lettuce Wraps

A quick, delicious Asian inspired meal for anytime.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a quick marinade by combining the soy sauce and garlic powder.
  2. Pour over ground beef and mix well.
  3. Let sit for at least an hour.
  4. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat.
  5. Serve immediately with lettuce leaves.
  6. Note: to eat, just put a few spoonfuls of the meat mixture into the lettuce wrap.

This was one of the most enjoyable recipes I have tried. I also spooned a little peanut butter on each lettuce leaf before I added the beef to give some sweetness. Great recipe!

Adding ground turkey or turkey or chicken breast that is boiled and shredded.

It'd be awesome to add more vegetables inside each wrap too, like onions and tomatoes.
