Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sweet baked treat for snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream shortening, sugars, and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix slightly.
  5. Add oats and mix until combined.
  6. Add chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop into 3-tablespoons sized balls and place on a baking sheet, flattening slightly with palm.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
