i have been making english muffins with scrambled eggs and canadian bacon as a good breakfast....the english muffins are whole grain with flax seed in them...they are very tasty!!! i sometimes add a little lowfat mozzerla with it...and if you use olive oil to make the eggs you are using 4 powerfoods.. eggs=1 english muffin(whole wheat)=1 mozzerla(low-fat)=1 olive oil=1
