I am Rajesh from India(Mumbai), age 36 yrs and weight 220 lb. I am Interior & graphic Designer & working in UAE for past 10 years & life in UAE is more relaxed with plenty of fast food options. Would like to tell you about my story of weight gain.
I just finished my college and was smoking 25 sticks a day till 31st May 1999 for 10 long years and my weight was 72 Kgs and as i was a sports person was having a nice athelitic body with 6 packs. I gave up smoking and slowly started to gain weight which i was not aware till it went 85 Kgs and always thought of diet and exercise but could not control it untill it reached 100 Kgs.
So from 19th of December 2010 i started taking Herbal life products like Herbal Tea, Shake and Tablets & only eating at lunch and fruits for dinner & started regular exercise. I know i have the will power and i am very serious for my weight loss. My target is to reach 75 kgs by 30 June and if i stick to this plan i will definately achieve. I have got the support from my mom and my wife who are also following this diet.

My ULTIMATE GOAL
Slow and steady is the best way to lose weight. Studies have found that people who lose too much weight too quickly often gain it back, and then some. Those who lost weight slowly were more likely to keep it off. A rate of 1 to 2 pounds per week is generally considered ideal and practical; if you exceed that, you may be losing water weight or lean muscle instead of fat.
Cutting too many calories to speed up weight loss may restrict your diet so much that in addition to losing pounds and inches, you also lose important nutrients. That can result in feeling sluggish as a result of a slowing metabolism. A slow metabolism won’t burn calories effectively, making it harder to drop those pounds.

How to Stimulate Cell Growth

Youthful skin stays supple and dewy because new skin cells reproduce exponentially. This process occurs every day but slows considerably as you age. As a result, skin loses its elasticity, begins to wrinkle and loses its brightness. You can stimulate the cells of your skin and recapture a more youthful look. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop the aging process, but stimulating your skin cells will make you appear younger in the short run.


instructions.
1. Wet your skin with warm or cool water. Cleanse your skin with a light cleanser, rinse and pat the skin clean.

2. Squirt a quarter-sized amount of microdermabrasion exfoliant into your hand. Scrub your face with the exfoliant, rubbing it into the skin with your fingers. Rub in small circles from the forehead to the neck.

3. Rinse the microdermabrasion exfoliant away with cool or warm water. Pat your skin dry. Follow up the treatment by adding the nourishing moisturizer to rehydrate the exfoliated skin.

4. Dip your fingers into the Alpha hydroxy-based lotion and apply it to the skin. Leave the lotion on your skin and allow the skin a few minutes to absorb the skin stimulating cream.

5. Stand in a shower of cool or warm water. Wet your skin well. Squirt a quarter-sized amount of exfoliating cream to the palm of your hand. Rub the cream on your legs, thighs and bottom.

6. Use the loofah sponge to rub the exfoliating lotion into the skin, stimulating new cell growth. Do this for several minutes. Add more exfoliating lotion and scrub the rest of your body.

7. Rinse your body completely with cool or warm water. Step out of the shower and pat dry your skin.

8. Use a healing lotion that contains Vitamin E to treat the skin you have exfoliated.
