What do you add to your salad to jazz it up?
goat cheese, beets, seeds, pickled peppers/onions, flavoured oils, balsamics, poppy seed dressing... I am becoming good at this salad thing. but goat cheese is a must.
Try this:
spinach 2 cups, goat cheese 1 ounce crumbled, 1/4cup of dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and balsamic vinaigrette. Beets go well here too.
