Finally moving again! Yaaayy!
Because of the four challenges that I'm working on, I am trying to log my food and my exercises -- and there is no way these numbers are correct! The calories burned are really high and there is no way I'm burning that up. I can input the correct amounts, but I just don't have the time to look up everything.
I am so full that I can't eat anymore! Must be those potato chips, I've been snacking at them after supper.

Am I the only one having a problem with the Exercise Calculator? The caloric count for standing is almost twice of what it should be. There is no way my activities are burning up 4000 calories in a day!
It's a lot of work to use the "other" and manually put in what I think are more likely the correct numbers...

Okay, this leveling is starting to get to me. I want to see my weight going down...
One of my challenges is counting carbs. I'm not into counting stuff, but I thought I'll try doing the food journal on this website. It's a lot easier than figuring things out for myself! So yesterday's count on the carbs is 153.
The challenge is to try to go for less than 60, but I don't think I'm ever gonna pass on the carb counts with my diet plan!

Still not losing, but not gaining either. But am eating very well, and not going hungry. Not craving junk food either. But I'm only on Day 7. Hubby and I made a pact to go out for Valentine's. Normally we don't do restaurants until Day 18. Hubby isn't sure if he wants to go to a restaurant (yay!!) He isn't happy with being at his heaviest in all of his 69 years. He likes the progress we both are making and he enjoys the food. So we will see what happens Valentines. Maybe I'll just make a steak dinner with a baked potato and The Plan Salad and then we can go to the movies!
