I have one of those digital scales that is suppose to measure your body fat. I don't know how accurate this is, but it seems to be very consistent. This scale also has settings for two people, where you set in your height and gender info. We just have to tap one of the two buttons with our toe to get our respective setting.
When I weighed over 250 lb, my body fat was at 56% (Ain't that scary, huh?) Now at 235 lb, it's at 43%. I'd be very happy to see it below 31% and just thrilled to pieces if I can get it back to below 25%.
Anyway, this morning I accidentally hit my husband's settings, instead of my own, and my body fat was at 27%!! Wow! Now I feel like using HIS button every time I weigh in!! LOL!
