Hello! just starting my weight loss journey
my husband and I are determined to finally lose the 40 lbs each of us has added in 12 years of marriage!I do the calorie counting, more regimented way - he just cuts down onmeals. I'm the one that needs support to keep going. I would love to join your group and be able to have support (and give some too) when needed. I look forward to "getting skinny" with all of you!
