I have been heavy all my life. The only diet that I did good at was the Ketogenic diet. I have never been able to last longer than 3 days and on the keto I did it for 3 months. I was so proud of myself. Now I am just trying to get back on track.

Calorie Intake
I am doing the LCHF diet, I know how to do it, but I am having trouble figuring out how to enter at the top where it has the plate and fork and knife what my calorie intake is daily so I know how many calories a day I can eat. Can some one tell me how to put in my calorie intake? Rolling Eyes
