Any Way to Hide Weigh-In's
Does anyone know of any way to hide weigh-ins past a certain date? I didn't click restart diet on July 10th and it is messing up my graph, I want to include my start weight and the weigh ins from that date.

Weighing yourself while exercising?
I was reading up on the whole 8 glasses of water per day deal, and I came across this:
Step on the Scale: And do it both before and after exercising, to get a better sense of your individualized hydration needs. If you weigh more after a workout, chances are you drank too much while exercising. If you weigh much less, you may need to drink more. Experts recommend losing no more than 2 percent of your body weight during activity. Weighing the same before and after exercise, or slightly less, suggests you are an efficient hydrator.
Does anyone know if this is actually a proven fact or is it just usless BS?
Also 2 percent of your body weight seems like alot, I did the math for me and thats 3.9 pounds, which is 12,400 calories.. And my typical workouts usually are 700 at best.

Just wanted to say Hi
So I'll start off by saying i'm Cheri, and my friends used to call me teeny. After months of radation therapy and months of poor eating habbits I gained over 60 pounds in 4 months. I am ready to start eating right and really just need some support from others. I'm 21 and in the prime of my youth, so I don't really wanna waste an entire summer bikiniless, and unhappy.
