i've made myself a smoothie today:
1 granny smith apple
1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 cup coconut milk
ice

its VERY green (color of pea soup) but tastes ok you know. I can only taste apple and cinnamon. Ive worked out calories on my diary page and this recipe makes a thick drink, i've had half now, and will have another drink later on when i get peckish!! seems a good way to spread calories out.

I used Koko dairy free milk rather than coconut milk, I wish I had used a reduced fat version of coconut milk (tin) it prob would have been a bit creamier and sweeter, but its still nice!!

I find it so much easier to stay on track when I am at home rather than stuck in the office, drowning in work and bored to tears .....

I will work on distractions though. Am determined to make a difference this time around once and for all

I feel ok today - yes I seem to be fully on track with the fact that I need to do something about my weight. No-one else can do it for me, there are no magic pills.

So I am doing everything in my power to stay away from temptation. I still enjoy eating a pretty decent breakfast, to be honest I start work so early, that its one of the few things I enjoy before the mayhem of the day kicks in (plus my boss pays for it for me)

On the downside - the coffee machine was out of order this morning, nightmare!! I don't get time to have coffee before I leave int he morning as I am out of the door by 5.45am, and at work for 7.
However, it is now fixed, so I am enjoying this cofee -)

Unless I really have to ,l I don't want to give up my coffee, there is no point in trying to deny myself everything I enjoy, or I won't stick to it.

I've planned my menu for today and entered what I intend to eat, any additions I will add on as and when.

Drinks need to go on aswell as from today to make sure I am not doing something crazy
