Advocate of P90X
P90X is awesome but a major commitment instead of just a workout. There is an hour planned for every day of the week (Yoga takes 1 1/2 hr and X stretch takes 1/2 hr).
I played D3 football and have ran in some mini marathons and was still challenged by the workouts. I had several people from work join me and they were able to hang but at lighter weight and less reps. That is the beauty of the workouts, you can tailor them to fit your needs (loose weight, get cut, strength, bulk, ect) I saw major gains in muscle gain and fat loss but I did the workout every single day. My wife loves the Kempo and the Yoga but has also went from not being able to do one pull up to knocking out 6 without any help. It works!
I'm starting the Insanity workouts today. It's a more extreme, 60 day workout routine so I'm hoping to melt about 5 more lbs off and get down to a body fat % in the teens. I'll keep you posted!
