Hello hello hello. Well, I haven't been on here for a while because I had to take a pause from the weight lose. I am currently 6 months pregnant with my fifth child/fourth daughter. This was totally not in my plans but certainly in God's plan,smile. The good thing is that I have been over indulging. The first couple of months were very rough. I wanted to eat everything that I was craving and I did. I do have cravings for fruits especially strawberries. I have not gained much but it is still a minor set back.

Yesterday I helped myself to some Pizza Hut and some BBQ wings. Does it make a difference that I added some veggies to the pizza? I don't think so according to my diet journal. I didn't add everything to the journal and my carb intake and the calories are too high for me. But, no regrets. I am back at it today and plan to do my 3 mile. I also want to get my old regime back in there. I enjoyed the weight lifting and situps. I noticed a big difference with my stomach and sides when I did it. I think for my fourth day I will start doing it again along with my jogging laps.
I did do my 3 workouts last week. I am still hanging in there with the exercises. The last couple of weeks have been tough but I made it through it.

OMG! I am happy to say that I did 44 minutes and some change of Leslie Sansone's walk at home tape. That's 3 miles I did today! I am truly happy and blessed that I accomplished this today. I did eat some Tomato and Basil chips with a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as a snack today but I don't even care. I am going to get up tomorrow and do my 3 miles again! I am at the top of this hill now and the only way down is forward and not backwards. I am tired of that. I want to see where this is going to take me. YES!!!

I exercised yesterday and my start was pretty hard. After a while it got easier and I was cool. It shouldn't be though. Going to skip today and do the workout Thursday Friday and Sunday. I am getting some weights this week or next and I am pretty excited. Doing strength training really make me feel good and I am stronger. I finally got over my monthly binging. Didn't go completely crazy but was eating a lot of bread, ok, that was crazy. Anyway, I am still focused on my 22 pound goal even with stress on my shoulders.
HARD WORK, DEDICATION!!!

I slacked on my recording for the last two days because the food that I ate, it was not measured nor was it good, smile. I went overboard with the Asian party mix that I bought from the Asian market the other day. But it is just as back as bad as anything else.I am back on track today with my first meal being oatmeal and four strawberries. I am also drinking my warm hibiscus tea this morning with no sugar. It will help with whatever fluid I may have from eating all that salt. Did not meet my fourth day of working out for the week but at least I did do three forty minute workouts. I think I can lose fifty pounds in twelve months, do you?
