Hello. As of January 15, I am 305 pounds. Yay! It is my goal to be down to 299 by February 17, God willing. I visited a nutritionist in November and provided her with my food log. She said that I was on track with the foods that I am eating. I stick to my oatmeal with baked apples. That's sliced apples,virgin coconut oil,cinnamon,ground cloves and walnuts. The apples are naturally sweetened by their own juice which is yummy.
For my dinners, I try to have just my protein and a salad or some kind of stir fry. If I do decide to have a treat, I will only do the serving size. My hubby buys me Skinny Cow ice cream which are the best.But,I only go to those if I want something sweet. My children usually eat the most of it. I make sure to drink water all day especially before and after meals.

Finally started doing my exercises. That was the hardest part. Making sure at every meal I have protein, lots of veggies and a small starch or fruit. I found that drinking lots of water helps to keep my appetite at bay. I am doing my routine every other day and if I eat something inappropriate then I have to do an extra 15 minutes. Who wants to do that? It is also a plus that my bestie is doing it with me too. Between November and December I lost 13 pounds and my BP was awesome, Yay! It was truly a wake up call for me when I got that letter in the mail from my doctor telling me that I was pre-diabetic. What? I told her that I was not going to go on anymore pills or get on insulin. I am too young for this and I want to be around for my babies God Willing. My current goal is to be down another ten pounds by the time they see me on January 10, 2014 God Willing. That will get me out of the 3s.

hello. I was not able to record everything for lunch. I did have a nice salad and an half of avocado with vinaigrette. I had the same oatmeal with peanut butter and Stevia. Dinner I had rice and beans and bbq chicken quarter. My hubby found a nice 6 minute workout. Very intense and get the heart going. I like it because we can do it together.
Next appointment is on November 29th and i need to be down a few pounds or my doctor will not be pleased.
I need o make some effort towards a healthier life once again.
