I was definitely shocked that I lost a few pounds this weigh in. Because of my arthritis in both knees, I had to stop with the exercising. It is very hard mentality to know that a simple walk at home video is a hardship for me.Something that I used to do last month I cannot do now. Something that I know the routine and words to, I cannot do now. IT'S VERY HARD! I was starting to thing that this arthritis was taking me down. That I lost the race but when i saw that scale,I almost yelled, lol. I made some changes. I purchased new sneaks. I do notice that it is very important for me in this situation. I started drinking my hibiscus, which has helped with the pain tremendously. I really think that I had some kind of fluid build up in my knees. They do not feel tight anymore. I credit that to the hibiscus. I have a treadmill on the way. Switching to walking and weights.It is my goal to have be 299 when I return next month. I am going to keep trying, no time to turn back.

Well, I didn't exercise yesterday and it doesn't seem like I will be doing it tonight either. Still sick and just sipping on fluids. When I do decide to eat, I will make it a healthy one.
Just a minor set back. I do want to be consistent with my exercises. Doing the exercises is the hardest part.
WORK HARD, STAY DEDICATED!

Well, today is exercise day and I am feeling yucky. My children gave me their cooties, so I my not be able to do my 40 tonight.
I would really like to start strength training and I think I will try to do it 2 or 3 times a week. I understand that it burns fat and adds muscle. That's what I need, TO BURN THAT FAT!
The one thing I like about Fatsecret is that I can look at what I consume each day. Now, so far I have 107 carb intake. I think my nutritionist recommended no more than 100-120. So far so good. I am going to have the same thing for dinner that I had for lunch minus the fries.
I am behind on my water though. By the time I go to bed I will make it up God Willing.
KEEP IT MOVING AND NO EXCUSES!!

Hello. I am going to try my best to record my food intake more often to get a visual of what I am consuming. My entry today was simple but I was not too thrilled about the fats. But it is not over my RDI!
I was craving funnel cake soooo badly today. I mean, I could taste it in my mouth. It was a good thing that my hubby was home to stop me. I guess it PMS time and I start craving the crazy stuff. What I did instead was have my Skinny Cow fudge pop and sugar free Kozy Shack Tapioca pudding. Now keep in mind, I have a 1 yr old and she eats when I eat. So, I can't say that I ate it all by myself lol.
My day off from exercising today and will try to my 40 minutes workout tomorrow. I keep thinking about that 5 pounds that I would like to have off by time I go bck to the doctor in February.

OMG! I was totally a bad girl yesterday. Not all day though. I had three slices of pizza and before that I had some beans and turkey. Now, I know that I did not need that pizza after already feeling full from my beans. My stomach felt like I ate a ton of bricks! Of course I was mad at myself but I said today I as going to do it right. After having my doctor telling me that I am pre-diabetic, I am not trying to go back God Willing. No, No,No. I already know what will happen if I did not eat correctly. Now, I want to see what will happen if I do and add my exercises.Will be so happy when my treadmill gets here so I can switch from the walk at home video with Leslie Sansone. It's awesome but hard on my right knee because of the arthritis. That's right, not even 40 and I have arthritis. Something that my mother does not have.Anyway, I am going to keep trying and my next weigh in is on February 17 and I am aiming to be in the 200s God Willing.
