So, I'm not recording my food this week. I haven't received a paycheck in over a month (oh, the joys of working freelance!) because my hourly company has...well, we don't know why I haven't been receiving my weekly paychecks. I also have a client who promised to get me their downpayment by the 4th...and it's not here yet, either. I'm not quite as upset about that one because I haven't done any work for them yet.

So what does paycheckless have to do with me not recording? Well, I am literally rummaging the cupboards for food. I haven't gone to the grocery store since July 1st. My fridge has sliced cheese, shredded cheese, tortillas (I've been eating a lot of quesadillas lately), feta, whipped cream, and margarine, along with a door of assorted condiments. Seriously. I have just a few more non-perishable items left in the cupboards and I have only a couple ziplock bags of frozen green beans left in the freezer. I am completely meatless as of tomorrow, because I'll finish up my last can of tuna today. I have to keep eating food I already purchased because I have a couple bills coming up and I have to pay those.

This sucks.

But! In good news: my love handles are visibly gone. Visibly. I can still grab onto a pouch of fat there, but if I were to walk around in a too-tiny bikini you couldn't tell. :D I still have a tiny bit of back pouch you can see, but I'm not going to complain about it when my love handles are on the fast track to disappearing!

I had been told that my free training session today would be full body, so I expected a toned down version of a real training session. Something like...half an hour. It was 15 minutes. I still got some good work in, especially since the trainer used intuition to see that I had more strength, balance, and core than meets the eye. I was thrown onto doing pushups off an exercise ball right away. :D

You could say that the training session "worked" for them because I signed up for a plan. However, I had thought about it before hand and I decided this was the best option. I want to get rid of this weight. I want to get back into shape. The best way to do that is to force me to go. I knew I would look for the cheapest training program they had and go with that.

I'll be seeing a trainer one day a month for 30 minutes (except for the first time). He'll show me new exercises, go over my eating habits (HA! I eat so well most of the time), and then plan out four workouts a week for an entire month. I HAVE to go four times a week and I HAVE to follow his plan, and he knows best.

You're gone, fat. You're gone, weight. Gone.
