Aftermath from a Golden Corral visit.
Attempt to mitigate the weight gain.
I love their Yankee Pot Roast!
Warning, rated D for delicious!
Breakfast was oatmeal, scrambled eggs and toast. Dinner was green beans and eggs, pork chop, corn tortillas and pinto beans. Plus rode the exercycle.
