I had a MAJOR freak out yesterday and ate 1836 calories. Mostly good (healthy) food, but also a ton of junk. I had THREE 100 calorie packs. THREE!! And GHIRARDELLI hot chocolate! I was doing great with only about 1300 calories until around 8 p.m. last night. I had a mini-meltdown and went crazy with eating junk. I'm extreamly disapointed, but also very happy that it happened. When I was done with my "meltdown", I realized that I wasn't happy after eating those chips. In fact, I felt worse than when I had the actual meltdown. Afterwords, I didn't care about ANYTHING. All I wanted was more "yummy" foods. But now, I got that out of my system and I realized that eating what ever I want wont make me happy. So, it will be that much easier to say no to those stupid chips and chocolate. =D
EDIT:
Well, it's 8 p.m. right now, and I consumed 650 calories today. Seems like nothing, but I'm making up for yesterday. I ate 1850 yesterday, and I'm aiming for 1300 everyday. So if you add 1850 and 650, and then divide by two (two days as in what i consumed today and yesterday) it comes out to 1250 each day. Oh well. Makes sense to me. ;P
