Morning everyone!
So the gyms in Michigan have opened but you have to wear a mask while working out and I found that my app that I used to run outside with doesn't track me inside because of the GPS. So I have 2 questions:
1. I was told there is a type of mask that can be worn for working out, does anyone know what it's called and where I can find it? It was sooo hard yesterday with breathing.
2. Does anyone know of any apps that can track both outdoors and indoors? I have a goal of running/walking 75 miles by the end of the year and I need to track it.

it's so hard to stay consistent with this because I've been gone for so long and I can't really work to lose the rest of the baby weight gain for another 5 mons. so is life.

It's so hard to get on track especially when I'm working out and eating healthy for my health versus being able to lose weight. I'm breastfeeding so I have to have an extra 500 cal a day to keep up production. I'm careful to make it healthy though, since I've given up donuts. I haven't had one in over 6 weeks, and I honestly don't miss them.
I wonder how much toning I will be able to do right now. It will be interesting to see.

I'm back! I had a Corona baby on March 12th. It was the worse maternity leave ever and I ate my weight in donuts, but now it's time to get back on my grind.
I don't have a gym because my employer is still closed so I'm working from home and working out at home. Wish me luck.
I'm looking forward to this adventure.
