I can't remember in being this thin. I think in grade school. Love this LCHF....I don't eat any fruit unless I sample my Dads homemade jam before canning. Dietdoctor.com has helped so much with food choices. We are going to start swimming Dad and I we are just waiting on a diabetic wound to heal and we are off to the pool. Hope everyones week goes great.

Its just a pound but it has been a busy week....I had my first grandson born on the 8th....my birthday was the next day and yesterday my best friend had first son. I ate some birthday cake and a cheating peanut butter, chocolate chip muffin.

But a pound is a pound
