I wish I was down as much as I am at home! I am seeing numbers that I haven't seen in a LONG time! It feels great!

I have pretty much stayed the same since last week. That is ok. I did eat things that aren't on plan this weekend. I didn't pig out or anything, but tried to make smarter choices along the way.I am staying on top of it for sure.

Things really seem to be working now! Last month I didn't move much, but now I really feel like I am omn track. I have been making smarter choices and expanding my food choices too. I bought baked Doritos and my boyfriend and his kids actually Preferred those to the regular ones!! I couldn't believe it!!! I weighed myself this morning and was down another pound. This is the lowest I have been in quite some time and it feels SO good!!!!! I have not been that accurate in the weigh in's on here. I have actually lost 15 according to the scale today. Hope LAWL scale shows the same tomorrow - or even more!!
