Has anyone tried the supplements Excel & the other one . . can't remember the name right now. One is $89 the other $29 or something like that. Interested to see what you think of them. REALLY want to get this weight off! Tired of messing around with it. I need to REALLY stick to it and get out of the 230's! Should be by next week. WIll do really well this w\e and maybe it will be off by Monday??? That would be great!!!!!!

I gained this weekend as I suspected I would. Too much "fun food" this weekend. Nachos, enchiladas, beer. Not all in one day though. I will get back on track and get past the 20 pound mark!!

still to go: 48.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

Has anyone been drinking the V8 Fusion? I tried it recently and love it! The label says you can count as 1veg & 1 fruit serving ( for an 8 oz glass) I have been drinking 4 oz and counting as a vegggie if I am low on that for the day. Anyone else tried it? I have the banana strawberry - yumm!
