Sticking with it has paid off...I've finally started losing again. Yeah! And "Get My House Clean" challenge is paying off too...things are looking clean and organized around here.

Had an emergency dentist visit on Monday...a cavity up underneath a crown...lot's of shots and drilling...still having residual effects today...MORE NERVE PAIN...YEOW! But...on a positive note...what a diet tool...LOL! :-)

Nothing reduced...but nothing gained...after 2 days of much sweat cleaning my kitchen as part of "Get My House Clean" challenge...my kitchen sparkles and is organized for diet success! Yeah!

I have successfully kept my urge for a Round Table Maui Zaui Pizza or any pizza for that matter, at bay for 1 month ...I feel great about it...Gold Star for me!

Today was "LovEvolution Day" in San Francisco...a take off from the "Summer of Love" in the 60's. It was crazy downtown...I've lived here 23 years and today was movement motivating...just to get out and people watch! God...I love this crazy city!
