No Gain...no Loss....really lacking motivation! HelP! I can't get going, my back pain is intense in the wet winter months.

Can't seem to get motivated...it's rain, rain, rain, and more rain. Don't want to do much but sleep.

Made it through Thanksgiving...enjoyed a nice meal and did not gain any weight...Yeah!!!!!! How cool is that? :-)
