The Good...The Bad...and the NOT SO BAD
Well, the good is I DID NOT GAIN WEIGHT!
the bad is.. I DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT!
the not so bad is.. I MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT!
I did not do so well this week on following THE PLAN!!!
Bad, bad, bad GIRL!!!! Gotta do this!!!! Once again, I will start overs TODAY! I am aiming to lose 5 lbs this week! there I wrote it down, now I HAVE to do it! (I know..sounds like I'm talking to myself) oh, well.. hope everyone here is doing well and losing, losing losing!! I heard something yesterday that hit close to home and thought I'd share as it relates to most of us here. We all have a goal...and it seems like we all have a plan (that's why we are here) but the question we should ask each day is "WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY IN YOUR PLAN TO REACH YOUR GOAL???" Hmmmm, did we stick to the plan..the South Beach Plan, that is? the weight watchers plan??? Hmmmm, something to think about and ASK OURSELVES everyday "WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY TO GET TO YOUR GOAL?".... now I'm off to ponder my own question.... good luck to all!

A SACK OF POTATOES...
Yeah, I lot another sack of potatoes!!! I'm sooo happy about it! Haven't seen those numbers on the scale IN YEARS!!! I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with this...One challenge I found so far is trying not to get bored with the foods in phase 1...searched for recipes but alot of them are for phase 2 & 3.. oh, well..I'll keep going...good luck to all!!

Oh my gosh! I can't believe it! I actually see less pounds on the scale!!! It's a miracle! I actually also feel like my clothes are not as tight. Lost ALMOST a WHOLE SACK of POTATOES!! LOL Ahhhh, but this week is another week!! If I do well, I just can't imagine seeing the scale reading next monday. Hopefully, another 5lb scack of potatoes! I'm sooo excited...so excited that I'm gonna go have my almond snacks right now!! LOL!
