Wine and weight loss
We drink kombucha now with dinner. So cheap and easy to make it at home! Hubby loves this drink.
I use to ferment my own milk kefir as a relaxing drink to have on an evening, especially when I was having problems sleeping. (I've since given up dairy and unfortunately my grains went off as its a daily babysitting job)
I found that juicing my own grapes was also a nice substitute.
You can also try making some Jamu. I use to add damiana herb to this for that added romantic relaxed feeling. (this is probably the best option as far as keeping the calories down, if you omit/reduce the sugar.. i use to add freshly squeezed lemon/lime to mine) Hubby did not like the taste of this. I guess its an acquired taste but hey so was alcohol for most people.

Thinking about trying the fasting diet, any thoughts about it?
Good luck and be safe. Looking forward to your update. Be careful not to over-gorge when you break your fast and eat something that is easy to digest and nourishing for your body.

Looking for answers
Bare in mind a 6 year old child is still growing! They would need around that amount, a lot more if they are active. I personally dont plan on growing anymore (either up or sideways hehe) nor upping my activity (just yet). Some of us do have to push our calorie intake that low to lose weight, so the advice might not be as crazy as it sounds Smile
